This DT Cambria hinge (item CAM06SB) is the top pivot that mounts into a Cambria Series header and carries the upper corner of a frameless pivot door. The square body has an adjustable build, so you can set the door position after the header is up.
It works with the matching bottom pivot to hang a door that turns on a header rather than side hinges. The adjustment helps square the panel in the opening during install.
