This is the “H” style back plate for DT Glendale series shower hinges (item GLH1CH) in Polished Chrome. The back plate is the wall-side piece that the hinge mounts to and that carries the door load into the wall.
Order it as a replacement for a damaged or mismatched plate, or to complete a Glendale hinge during service. The “H” profile matches the Glendale series so the mounting holes and cover line up as designed.
